About Us

Beaumont Home Care is a private, independently owned provider of outstanding Domiciliary and Live-in Care that positively changes lives for the elderly who require care and support and adults living with severe and enduring mental health conditions and other associated complex care needs.

Why choose Beaumont Health Care?

We are a privately owned company who are able to provide an outstanding level of personalised care that is unrivalled by many larger companies.  Put simply, it’s our people who make us different!  Our team are knowledgeable, caring, friendly, professional and efficient.  Our promise is to treat you, as you would like to be treated with honesty, professionalism and respect.

Our strict code of conduct, values, ethics and standards ensure that we do not discriminate on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, gender or sexual orientation.

We are a local company based in Essex and our main service areas cover Benfleet, Canvey, Hadleigh and Thundersley.  However, as our capacity to take on new clients changes regularly, it’s always worth contacting us to enquire about availability in other areas.

Our Technology

With always aiming for the highest standards of care Beaumont Home Care only use ‘cutting edge’ technology which we are happy to show to any of our individuals, their families or friends.

‘Nurse Buddy’ is the technology we use to with ‘real time’ GPS tracking to ensure not only that our employees are safe but we can instantly see when they arrive and leave an individual’s home.  Authorised family members and friends can also be given access to the Nurse Buddy App which will enable them to communicate directly with the carer, view up to date care notes to check-in 24/7 on how their loved one is doing.

In order to keep our knowledge up to date and stay abreast of regulatory changes, we have engaged the services of Quality Care Systems (QCS). QCS is one of the most comprehensive systems of its kind and ensures that its users are equipped with the best processes and practices to run their services, as well as keeping them compliant with CQC requirements.

Governance and Quality

To ensure continuous improvement Beaumont Home Care welcome constructive feedback and hold regular internal and external audits to ensure we continue to be safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.  This in turn helps us to deliver high quality of care and supports our forward-thinking culture.

Beaumont Home Care adhere to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) regulations by holding all data and information correctly, confidentially and securely.  We also demonstrate external quality assurance by being registered with and working collaboratively with CQC (Care Quality Commission).

Our Chosen Charities

Beaumont Home Care are proud to announce that we have chosen to support The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.

Every hour someone in the UK starts to lose their sight and the need is now greater than ever for guide dogs to assist those living with vision loss to live as independent life as possible.  It has been known for many years that animal contact can help reduce anxiety and stress in individuals living or struggling with mental health, learning disabilities and dementia and by having access to an animal can provide joy and comfort, or can even be trained to safely see their owner through an epileptic seizure.
