Welcome to Beaumont Home Care

Providing outstanding, heartfelt and person-centred care in the comfort of your own home

We honestly believe that staying within the familiarity of your own home is at the heart of everyone’s wellbeing and understand that many people wish to remain in their own homes for the rest of their lives, or alternatively as long as possible.

Choosing to stay at home enables you to live life on your own terms.  Living in your own home enables you to stay close to family, friends and neighbours, keep a beloved pet, eat what you enjoy, have privacy and be amongst your own personal belongings and memories.

We understand how important it is to remain in your own home but maybe struggling to be independent and care for yourself, or look after every-day chores as you once did, where all that may be required is just a little support from us for you to once again feel safe, secure and happy in your own home.

We're proud to offer the following services:

Pallative Care

At Beaumont Home Care we understand that more individuals are choosing to live the rest of their lives in the comfort of their own home.  We are experts in providing Palliative Home Care for individuals with terminal illness to support the individual and their families with care, sensitivity and comfort.  Our highly qualified carers are trained to give the individual the best care possible allowing family and friends to spend precious time with their loved ones, safe in the knowledge that the care side has been taken care of.

We work positively alongside a number of healthcare professionals including hospices, support groups, continuing health care teams and district nurses to enable us to jointly offer the best level of home care for both the individual and family in line with your care plan and wishes.

Companionship Care

If you are feeling lonely or struggling to be active as much as you would like our careers are on hand to keep you company and help get you ‘out and about’.

We can take you out for a coffee or lunch, or just be someone you can chat with.  If you are feeling lonely at home and you just want someone to pop in, we would love to be the friendly face to brighten up your day.

Live In Care

We honestly believe that staying within the familiarity of your own home is at the heart of everyone’s wellbeing and understand that many people wish to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.  To ensure positive care and support we have an experienced management team that are here to work closely with you to help find the right carer for you who can help with personal care, medication, chores around the home to activities within and outside your home and in the wider community.

Live In Care For Couples

We understand how important it is to stay together but may be struggling to support and care for each other and keep your independence as you once did.  All that may be needed is just a little support from us for you to keep on enjoying each other’s company.

Our friendly live-in carers are respectful of your home, your relationship and your privacy and although we are there to help with personal care, cooking, cleaning and general household duties we don’t intrude on your relationship and we encourage you to continue doing what you can for as long as possible.

Respite Care

For many people considering respite care, it can be difficult to make the first decision that added help is required.  Live-in respite care gives you the opportunity to take a short break safe in the knowledge that your loved one is safe and cared for.  We do everything we can to keep your established routines whilst you are away, and with our innovative technology you can check-in with your appointed carer via our App to view updated care notes and communicate directly with the carer.

COVID-19 - Reablement

The outbreak of COVID-19 presents one of the country’s most significant healthcare challenges in recent years.  We understand this is an extremely worrying time for everyone, not least for the older and more vulnerable members of society and their loved ones.

If you (or a loved one) are recovering from COVID-19 and have temporarily lost your independence due to the long-term effects of the virus – we are here to provide intensive short-term support to care for you until you regain your health and confidence to live independently once more.  Please contact us today so we can arrange a personal care package tailored specifically for you.
